Asociația Agent Green (Tax ID: 25261826) is a non-governmental organisation founded in 2009, based in Bucharest, Romania. The website agentgreen.ro is administered by Asociația Agent Green.
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using agentgreen.ro, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website.
3. Donations
Donations made through the website are processed by third-party payment providers:
- Stripe — for card payments (one-off or recurring)
- PayPal — for payments through a PayPal account
We accept donations in RON and EUR. We do not store bank card details directly — Stripe and PayPal process and secure them in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
Recurring (monthly) donations can be cancelled at any time by emailing office@agentgreen.org.
4. Refund policy
Donations are voluntary contributions and, as a general rule, are non-refundable. However, in the event of a technical error (incorrect amount or duplicate payment), please contact us within 30 days of the donation at office@agentgreen.org. We will review each request and process a refund where appropriate.
5. Use of funds
All donations are used exclusively to fulfil Asociația Agent Green’s mission: environmental investigations, forest protection, awareness campaigns, legal action and environmental education. We publish annual financial and activity reports, available on the reports page.
6. Intellectual property
The content of agentgreen.ro — including text, photographs, graphics, logos and videos — belongs to Asociația Agent Green or is used with permission from the rights holders. Reproduction or redistribution without our prior written consent is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
Asociația Agent Green makes reasonable efforts to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness. The website is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from using the website or being unable to access it.
